Corduroy taped on to card board. So simple, the fabric is from and old pair of baby pants:) It is so fun to write on.
Salt with a little glitter. I keep this one in a gallon size Ziploc bag while it is put away so it doesn't accidentally spill when they are getting it down

Cardboard with mirror sticky sheet. I think it is pretty cool that you can see your hand in the mirror as you write:)
